runkeeper app. for android phones

Anyone using the runkeeper app and could help me. Was working great, but now I can't get a map of my location, all I get is a grid with blocks. I try uninstalling and reinstalled but still only get a grid. GPS signal show green as in full strenght. Thanks for any help.
