Congratulations on quitting the smoking habit!! That is a step in the right direction!! You are doing this for yourself and it will definitely make you feel a lot better about yourself~

    Good luck!

Good that you've decided to come on board.:flowerforyou:

    What's up with the HBP?

I went to doctor yesterday and my bp was 185/115 so now I have to monitor it 5 times a day, 3 times a week for one month and bring him the log.

I'm doing all the right things, eat right, get enough rest, need to workout more, and my pressure is through the roof.

Well anyhow, portion control is THE most important thing in addition to your caloric intake. Sometimes less is more

Good luck, we're pulling for you.

Great job on quitting smoking, that's an achievement by itself!! I set my quit smoking date for this coming Monday and I'm so scared it's going to sabotage my weight loss plans, but if your gonna go healthy you might as well go all the way!!
