Joseph Bread - As a low carb bread!

I had a friend that was changing his eating habits and told me about Joseph Bread it has only like 6 carbs a serving. I was in Wal Mart and noticed that they had Joseph Bread in a pita and in a flatbread style both are great as pizza options and other options. Has anyone tried it?

    I know this is old, but just found it when searching for low carb bread options.

    I have Joseph's Pita Hot Dog buns and Joseph's Flax and Oatmeal tortillas currently. The hot dog ones are delicious but too high in carbs for my liking at 23g. The tortillas have 11g
