Pre-preparing smoothies - a bad idea?

    I make smoothies all the time :)

    usually its 1/2 cup frozen fruit (mangos, strawberries, mixed berries,ect..)
    1/2 soy, rice or oat milk
    1/2 scoop vanilla raw vegan sunwarrior protein powder
    optional cinnamon
    optional cacao power
    optional chia seeds
    optional fiber..

    it takes 2 minutes then I'm out the door :) (andits like melted ice cream :))

    I know this didnt really answer your question but I think making smoothies in the morning is a better (and more fresh) idea! :)
