Strength Training and Cardio: Which one to do first?

Hi!

I need your opinion on probably a common topic. Should I start my workouts with cardio then do strength training exercises or vice versa? I've read several articles on this topic and a majority say to start with strength training then go into your cardio routine that way you will conserve more energy at the end for your cardio workouts. My experience, however, have shown opposite results. I normally start with cardio then go into some strength training or resistance workouts. I feel as if I gain more energy from doing my cardio workouts first. What's your opinion on this? Not only for which one to do first but is it particularly best if you do one before the other to gain better results for weight loss.
