Need help eating more.. never thought Id say that O_O

I've made my diary public since I figure a few people would ask to see it. And I will also add that I have JUST changed my settings so it upped my cals from 1330 to 1830 thanks to the Roadmap thread by Helloitsdan, given to me by a friend. Anyway.. I was having trouble even getting to that first 1330 to begin with.. now Im upped to 1830.. Id have to eat all friggin day to make it to that! Im not sure if I should be eating more at meals or just higher cal good foods during each meal or higher cal snacks or what. Im at a loss. I eat 3 meals with snacks throughout the day when my stomach growls but now Im just kind of bug eyed because I dont know how to fit those many cals into one day and they all be good cals. When I was eating junk, 1800+ wasnt a problem! 1800+ good cals.. Im drawing a blank.. any and all help would be awesome. Recipes, tips on what to eat.. it would all be greatly appreciated!

Add a post-workout shake, can have protein supplements, fruit, peanutbutter, chocolate, whatever you like. I have one after lifting that adds 50 g of protein and 300 calories to my day.0
