Simple shopping lists to make lots of food. "quick list"

I use this list to buy food on the fly. When I don't want to think about what I'd like to shop for to fit all my macros for the following week I use it. I've been using this list forever now and I'd like to change it a bit. Does anyone else have any quick lists they use to make go-to foods? I'm looking for high-protein/low-fat but I'd like to see any "quick-lists" people have made.

Things I make:
Cottage Cheese, Yogurt, Cereal mixed in a bowl.
Turkey or Tuna Sandwich
Scrambled Eggs

Golean Crisp Cereal
Fat Free Cottage Cheese
Yogurt
Deli Turkey
Canned Tuna
Bread
Lettuce
Onions
Sprouts
Eggs
Egg Whites
Soy Chorizo
Baby Carrots
Sugar Snap Peas
Oranges, Apples, Bananas
