hi everyone, just wanted to do a quick introduction. My name is Christin, Im 22 yrs old. & I've joined this site one because a friend introduced it to me and let me know how much its helped/is helping her on this weight loss/getting healthy journey so I thought Id join also to strengthen my courage and self discipline, by being encouraged by everyone and their success stories & learned mistakes.
I want to lose weight and eat healthy for 1) my health and also to strengthen my self esteem. Im totally not what i used to be in high school, working out 5 days a week, and eating nothing but protein, I've grown into an adult with responsibilities so id like to learn to eat healthy now, and exercise according to my life style, making it fun and not so boring or dreadful. So i hope we can move forward and keep going when the gong gets tough because in the end it'll b so worth it! :)

  • Welcome. You can do anything you set your mind to. I've working on losing weight for about 4 years now and although its been slow, it has been totally worth it. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Also, add me if you would like.
