30 Day Shred

I was looking through youtube, and came across Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. All 3 parts of the videos are on youtube. I started yesterday with day 1. It was challenging and really got the heart rate up. I'm going to do this as a way to get in the habit of working out regularly. It's been hit or miss here lately. I figure after 30 days the habit should be in place. Has anyone else done this workout plan? Let me know what you think.

Yes, I did it. It helped get me in shape. Now I still do it once or twice a week in between other things.0
