Hand surgery--alternatives to working out

I had hand surgery last Friday and cannot do the following for 6 weeks:
1. Yoga
2. Weight lifting
3. Heavy grasping, pulling, lifting, etc.
So the elliptical trainer I have is off limits. My go-to toning regime--yoga--is off limits (at least poses using hand balancing). I can't do most of my 30 day shred b/c of hand weights.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am getting married in late January 2013. I am scared to death of regressing during this recovery period and especially during the upcoming holiday season.
