never heard of it, where do you live? Eat anything as long as it's small portions! Log ahead of time if possible. Good luck! Have a great time!

I am not sure on the calorie side of it, but I just choose items I know tend to have less calories. Unfourtunately, sushi rolls can have a lot of calories (400-800+), but I love sushi. Miso soup and the cucumber salad will help fill you up so you don't over do it on the sushi. Also you can get sashimi (just fish), or some rolls are soy wrapped and don't comtain rice. They also have a hot menu with chicken and other items that may offer better choices. Drink hot tea with dinner as well to help you feel full.

Good Luck! I love Wokcano and always try to plan ahead of time so I can have a few pieces of Monkey Brain (tempura avocado, with spicy tuna and crab, its delicious)
