Regaining Motivation

I used mfp with great success before and lost around 50lbs, but some where me and the wife fell off the wagon and today I've gained at least 30lbs of it back.
I got a new job in which I've had to move across the country, from Indy to Yuma Arizona, though my wife is staying back in indy for a few months while I get some things in order out here. I really want to start my life over and get in shape while the routine is new.. but after going through the yo-yo's of losing and gaining I'm just having a hard time staying motivated.
How do you guys regain your motivation? any tips would help a lot.
Thanks,
