Hi --Just signed up --Have to do the 1200
calorie a day thing and hoping to do at least
one 30 minute workout a day

    Hi ya, It's not as hard as you think, eat little and often and do anything that gets your heart racing, I ride my exercise bike, or go for a power walk or dancing about fast and hard for 30 minutes... At the end of the day it all counts... GOOD LUCK!!!!!
