X Smokers who used the patch

How do you keep the darn things stuck on during exercise? I was told to use duct tape... I did and it is going to be a real joy to remove..

Place the patch somewhere besides your arm, chest or belly worked for me0

I quit cold turkey Aug. 17, 2012 .. yikes! But it got me off in the right direction faster! The patch never worked for me .. I tried it several times over the years.

I used these when I quit, though I'm back at it They work great though! Don't get me wrong, was quit for a year...
anyway! I would put mine on my back under my bra, or on my hip under the band of my skivvies. I would also change it after my workout/shower each day, if your schedule is that regular.0 -

I'm in the process of quitting right now too. Using the patch. I go full-on white trash and strap a band aid over the patch. It looks super classy.0
