My favorite thing to do with it so far is add it to soup. Even canned soup. Makes it much more filling!0 -
I cook mine and then mix it with dice tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano and then put it over a tossed salad or a bed of baby spinich. It is great for lunch.0

We had it for dinner tonight. Turkey sausage, salt free diced can tomatoes, zucchini, onion, peppers and mushrooms with some Italian spice. Yum! I also mix bulgar with it too. You may need to soak it as we'll depending on the brand.0
