I've noticed tight clothes fitting loosely. Belts need tightening. Old pants falling off. Today, after working an 11 hour shift. I'm noticing I have energy!! I'd usually be on the couch in my pj's right now. I went out after work, and ran a little errand. I'm looking forward to tackling my "to do list" on my day off. I usually dread it. I'm just a little more than halfway to my goal weight, but feeling better already. So far, I haven't been doing any extra exercising. I'm thinking about starting to take walks on a regular basis.
Is anyone else having this "surge'? :) I kind of like it!!

    The same thing has been happening to me too! I used to be totally reliant on energy drinks as well but I havn't had one since I started my diet in August, and I havn't even been craving them either :smile:

    My energy surge began shortly after I had started a regular exercise routine. So stick with it, it is worth it.
