New to MFP. I think I'll like it. It's good to have accountability.
I am a 50+ mother of two/grandmother of three/wife of one.
I have been at 150 lbs. for 3 years, dieting off and on, working out several days a week. This has caused me to fluctuate between 145 150 but never really losing.
I know that most of the reason is because I don't track my food.
With MFP, I hope that is all changing.
I really want to be slim enough to keep up with my grandkids.
