what to eat if abs are made in the kitchen

So I am busting my butt doing ab workouts incorporating some weights and cardio. I am slowly seeing some progress duh i don't expect to have abs in 3 mths but yes a noticeable difference at least!!

so since abs are made in the kitchen what should i be eating? i feel like hitting 2300mg of sodium couple times a week and 160-180 carbs is too much.

I am WILLING to make changes in my food but don't know what to do.
