Hi!
I'm new on here and I want to lose weight and tone up a bit! I don't have good diet and would like to get advice.
I got a gym membership a few months ago and planned to go at least 3 times a week but have managed to only go maybe 5-6 times a month..

I'm here to find motivation and meet new people!
