I read success stories everyday and I was wondering what diet are you doing to be successful? Right now I am doing Eat to live because it is working for me but what is working for you?

I don't follow a diet really. I eat what I want within reason, and I try to eat healthy most of the time. Luckily I love fruits, veggies, chicken, etc. So it's not hard!

In the end, all that really matters is that you stay within your calories and macros. I also found eating too little makes me lose slower, so keeping everything balanced does matter.

I don't do diets. Any kind of restriction just doesn't work for me. I eat cleaner, I eat less and I move more. Good luck!

I've adapted to a low-carb lifestyle because I have an endocrine/reproductive condition that causes insulin insensitivity. It's worked wonders for me!

No diets, just stay within a reasonable calorie limit. Good choices every day. Forgive myself and move on when I fail.

    Repeat.
    Repeat.
    Etc.

no diet...I have adopted a new healthy lifestyle...eating my calories as set by MFP ..and making healthy food choices..I think if you believe it's a diet it will not work.

No diet... just a lifestyle change. Eating within a reasonable amount - fueling the body instead of trying to satisfy cravings constantly. :)

I don't follow a diet; I'm more of the "if it fits in your macros then eat it" philosophy lol. I have mine set to 35% carbs (136g) , 35% protein (136g), 30% (52g) fat for 1,550 calories. I'm not currently eating my exercise calories back now, and I mainly focus on getting in my protein and at least 25g fiber. I'm usually a bit over on carbs and a bit under on fat. I also try to eat at least 5 servings fruits and veggies per day. I've tried a bunch of different macro %s and "diets," but this is easily what works best for me.
