Has anyone tried these? Did they help?
I've done regular B-12 shots and I have felt great for days after. With my job I really like just having the extra energy but I am trying to figure out if the lipotropic kind are worth it.

    I think those are the kind my twin sister took to lose weight. She did well. Lost a ton of weight. IDK much else since we dont speak but it worked for her apparently.
