Q's about p90x

Okay you guys I started p90x one day...It was intense...I had to pause the dvd a couple times to catch up.......

I need advice from people that have completed or attempeted p90x pics would help as well.....

Did you give up....Or did you just modify it to your level?

    Love p90x!! Yes its difficult, yes it plays mind games with u, but this is where you have to search and find it in you to keep pushing.

    There is nothing wrong with hitting the pause button. I think there is something wrong if u r new to the program and don't hit pause. Modify...modify...modify ! Its better to do the movement modified rather then doing it all. In time it will all come together.

    I'm typing from my kindle so ill post my before and after pox tomorrow.
