I am 5'3'' and I weigh 211 from 235. My goal weight is 130. This will be a long process so I would like to build a team. I would like to meet people who work out about 5 times a week and try their hardest to stick to their calorie count! I am in it to win it and I would love to help others as they help me along this journey.
