    30DS worked great for me. I lost 9 lbs in just over a month when I did it every workout day. It's just after 6 or so months of doing that it gets pretty dull. I wanted to heavy lift instead but didn't get things lined up for that until the end of July. 30DS is a great way to get started and see some great results! Just remember to push yourself because you only get out of it what you're willing to give!
