New Record Breaker in Training...

Hey, it may be a lofty goal, but I don't do anything without the intention of being the best I possibly can at it. After many years of being the best at my job and video games (both of which have turned me into a fat slug), I've decided it's time to be the best at something that won't have me looking like Jabba the Hutt's stunt double. Woohoo, powerlifting here I come.
After seeing Jamie Lewis break records in the 181 class while being extremely lean, I realized that it is very possible to look like a bodybuilder, and pull like a strongman at the same time. This will provide my inspiration going forward, as over the next few years I turn my body, (which currently looks a bit like a pile of laundry soaked in mayonnaise) into something much more viable.
Yeah...this is probably the weirdest introduction I have ever written. Anyway, hi.
