Need workout suggestions

I am trying to tone my legs and buttocks, looking for workout suggestions that work fast. All suggestions are welcome please and thank you :)

    First, take the word "tone", put it in a box, lock that box, then drop it into some wet concrete somewhere. Now, do the same thing with the word "fast" in this context. Nothing is ever fast when it comes to getting your body in shape. :)

    That said, deadlifts, squats, and lunges are precisely what you need to target the areas you mentioned. The first two also have the added benefit of increasing upper body and core strength. Deadlifts work the entire posterior chain, from the backs of your legs, all the way up to your neck.
