I was just wondering if anyone out there had any tip/tricks to help with saggy skin after weight loss?

I lost about 60 or so pounds over the last few years & that's left me quite a bit of skin in the tricep area, tummy and thighs. I exercise alot now, and can see that I have muscle built up under the skin, but I'm not sure how to get rid of the skin.
