Indoor work outs

So I am looking for some good indoor work outs for late at night when I can't get out of the house and go for a run.
I am particularly focused on cardio at the moment as I cover my strength training four times a week but want to do cardio daily.
Any good work out suggestions that don't require equipment?

Running up and down your stairs, or just use the bottom step but do it as fast as you can. Sprinting on the spot, stepping side to side but at a fast pace to work your inne and outer thighs.
I do one (hard to explain) I put my foot out to the side and as I do, I throw a punch then I switch to other foot. This is done as a fast, bouncy pace.
Hope some of this helps!

get the Insanity DVD. Plenty of intense cardio in that program! And you don't need a large space to do it in.0

Also, the jump rope!0

Not sure if you are on Pinterest, but I found some great ones on there. Here is a link to one of the sites I found. http://www.divine.ca/en/fitness-and-nutrition/exercise-finder/c_266/. You can type in which areas you want to work on and it will give you exercises for each area. There are a ton of other exercises on Pinterest.0

DDPYoga, all you need is a mat, unless you dont mind the floor. Also, for some free stuff, look up Leslie Sansone on youtube, she has lots of walk at home videos.0
