Am i wrong? Advice on my goals and a failed gym partnership.
First im typing on a wii so im sorry in advance for my grammatical errors and typos
So a while ago i put an add on Craigslist for a gym partner and i got one a week later. The first fee weeks went great we worked out 5 days a week and got along pretty well. the past few weeks not so much seems i dont have a car so i depend on my friend to take me to the gym and for 4 weeks straight i was lucky to go twice a week with her and only 25 minutes of cardiovascular at that. now i have well over 100lbs to lose and it takes a lot to stay on the ball so after week 4 i got another gym partner now it seems like my friend is pissed at me even though i have done everything in my power to encourage her. the last time we went we didn't even make it inside the gym we sat in the parking lot while she ate an entire box of hunny buns (excluding the one i ate) then she didnt feel like going in. I just want to get healthy
Now i work out 5 timessage a week an hour and a half a day 15 minutes cardio 1 hour streanth ( we do about 2 minutes per machine ) then 15 more cardio Is this a good plan?

I would suggest doing 2-3 minutes of rough cardio in between each weight machine. This will maximize your cal burning potential.
If you go to planet fitness, the pre routed area (forget this word) has stair steppers. Use those in between each one. You'll need to go at a decent pace, though. You can do stuff on your own next to a machine, though.0
