    You have to find something you enjoy, when I started at 194lbs I just walked and found some low impact aerobics like Leslie Sansone Walk Off the Pounds ( I did her workout video's for almost 4 months until I found Zumba), and my weight just started melting off, also with changing my diet.

    I love the Walking Away the Pounds series. I have dvds with the toning bands and one with the toning chords. The one with the toning chords you don't have to use them for every workout.. This is good for me because if my carpel tunnel flairs up, like today, I can't use the bands or the chords for a while. I love this series also because of the time factor. If I don't have time to do the complete series, I can just do 1 mile which is 15 minutes and still get a good workout. To me, it's a win - win situation.
