Wrist pain

Just recently my right wrist has started to hurt a lot when I twist or bend it. I'm not sure if I have injured it and need to wait for it to heal or if it is a developing problem. My workout plan at the moment includes a lot of yoga, obviously downward dogging is getting difficult, not to mention a LOT of other exercises that involve your wrist.
Any tips?

Have you tried strapping it? You can buy an adjustable strap from the chemist. It helped my wrist when it was sore a couple of months ago.0

I thought about getting one of those soft brace support things, would that work as well as strapping? I would have no idea how to strap but I could try to learn I suppose. Also would I need to wear it all the time? And would I have to wait till its better before I do yoga again?0
