Me...
I'm from Victoria. I'm 14. I'm obese. I weigh 85kg and I am 160cm tall. I really need someone to help me with this because I have no idea how to lose this weight and I want to start my mature life happy and healthy! :D

    Good luck to you sweetie. I hope your parents are helping you get healthy. Make sure you eat healthily and well, and walk a lot.

    my mum has just lost 50lbs earlier this year and got me motivated but i don't know how to do it and she is in america
