how do you make a mileage ticker?

I see them on people's posts but I cannot find the setting option.

    I made mine at tickerfactory, but I have to paste in the code for it every time I use it. MFP only lets you automatically add your MFP weight loss ticker.

    And you have to cut and paste the one under bbCode.

    Just under the text you have written in your message. So here after typing my reply I paste in the code and it makes the ticker come up like this:
