Seems like it is easy to keep track and maintain everything while at work and then poof, dinner does not get tracked and because I do not put it in I am sure I am over on calories. This is frustrating and irritating. Ok Rant over!

Usually I know what I'm going to be having for dinner. So after I do my evening workout...which I do before dinner.... I just log in my workout and dinner before I eat it. I also check to see how many calories I have before I eat dinner just in case I have to adjust something. It's just a matter of making tracking a priority....you will get there.0

I plot mine in at lunchtime, as know what I will be having later, then I know if I can have supper too or not.0
