Going grocery shopping today...suggestions pls :)

Hey guys,


So, I have a major sweet tooth and it really throws me off my path at times. I would have lost more weight then I have already, if I didn't indulge on sweets so often.
I'm going grocery shopping today, soooo, what are your healthier alternatives or low-cal options.

I like chocolate, and minty stuff, just to give ya an idea! Also, I don't mind baking easy recipes either.

    Try dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, fresh fruit and dried fruit are healthier but still sweet. x
  • I'm a chocolate lover too and I find that if I keep a bag of Dove chocolates at home, I only need one or two mini-squares to satisfy my cravings. I've also discovered that Blue Bunny makes an Sweet Freedom caramel & vanilla swirl, chocolate coated ice cream bar that is only 70 calories! It's made with Splenda, so it still takes great.

    Lastly, Richard Simmons has a dessert cook book that is called 'Sweetie Pie'. There are some great desserts you can make in there that are reasonably easy that are lower calorie.
