To lift or not to lift? That is the question.

I woke up with a sore throat. Hasn't gone away in over an hour. Feel maybe a little bit tired.

Should I push through and lift? I don't know if it's sickness, or sinuses.

I really want to lift, but I don't want to whack my immune system or something and get even worse.

HALP.
