My NSV

I have been on/off MFP for around 1 year. About 2 months ago I started weight training (Lifting Heavy) and I am finally seeing some results. Last night I looked in the mirror and noticed that the cellulite & saddlebags are almost GONE!! This morning I did a little flex while I was getting ready for work and BAM, I have some great biceps! This past weekend I was wearing regular comfy shorts and when I sat down and crossed one leg over the other, I didnt have those cottage cheese dimples. AND my most favorite, thank you 100lb weighted squats, my husband cant keep his hands of my backside. If thats not an NSV, I dont know what is :)

BTW all of this has changed in my body while only seeing a 5lb weight difference on the scale. Lifting Heavy for 30 minutes 3x a week and 30 minutes of walking briskly on the highest incline on the treadmill 3x a week.
