    I've the same trouble.
I sometimes have a low cal (40 odd ) hot chocolate drink, like Options, in the evening if the craving hits me. It's slow to drink, you can only have one and it tastes pretty good.

I find the more sweet stuff I have the more I crave so I've cut out sweets and chocolates opting instead for dried fruits with yougurt and honey. Even then I have to be careful not to have it too often. You've lost an amazing amount of weight so you must have pretty good self control

I'll eat a few grapes or a piece of an apple just to get that sweet flavor in. Mmm.

I usually have an apple and then go for a walk. Or make some quick Crystal Lite lemonade and that usually does it for me

I had success with things like honey-roasted almonds. They're sweet, but not nearly as calorie-rich as cookies, etc. I'll also enjoy a diet soda sometimes - I know they're not great for ya, but it's still better than a regular soda!

There are also some decent sweet offerings from Atkins and Weight Watchers. You'll pay a premium price of course, and I still don't believe that they're necessarily "good" for you, but it can satisfy the craving without punishing you on the scale.

The ultimate goal is to cut back and eliminate excessive sweets from your diet. YES this is hard - I think a lot of us have been there, myself included. I DID eat a single Oreo the other day... It was heaven. I saw a bright light and my grandparents were there, singing with a choir of angels... BUT then I had steamed vegetables with dinner instead of a salad with salad dressing, cutting out 100 calories - the equivalent of said Oreo cookie. Lost weight that day.

    Hope this helps a little.

    I eat dessert!

I plan out what I'm going to eat all day so that I have room for dessert. I will not succeed on a regimen that prohibits me from enjoying dessert- that's why MFP works for me- it's not restrictive, but rather makes you really think about what you're consuming.

A sample of one of my desserts: Jello mousse cup (60 calories) with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, 2 tbsp fat free cool whip and 1/2 cup fiber one cereal to give it a bit of a crunch!

    Yum, yum.
