Sooo, Did a lot of flaking this week, (Calm before the storm) because now its on! Finally scheduled, organized and printed work out "Emergency Make-over plan".. I am slightly OCD so this is very necessary for me. (Optional for you)

Challenge you say? ..........OK Deep breath! Listen closely because I am soo excited I am breathless speed talking!

" I have started the 100 push up, 200 sit up, 200 Squat challenge on M/W/F and then plan to jump into the fitness challenge, ok getting a head of self.

Heres the deal, go the site I am giving you below, read, read read and test on challenge or challenges of your choice. simple and easy peasy. Just follow weekly plans for your fit level based on test and Waa Laa you have a set, feasible attainable plan and goal! Don't fret over the TEST word, there is no pass or fail, just finding the perfect level for you to succeed and excel as I know you will my friend!

I was suprised at my initial Test results, more fit in some areas than realized and that was encouraging! Whooo Hooo found hope where I had felt frustration, thats a bonus. Try it, you will impress yourself too and maybe even smile a little because you are more awsome than you thought, which is good because smiling uses more muscles than any other act in the world!
It is an eye-opener to discover that you are basically ready set and designed to be fit! "

The exercises may feel Brutal but......... so worth it in the long run and it gets easier as you progress.
Feel the burn Baby, 7 weeks to I can flipping do this and do it well!

Also starting on alternate days T/TH/SAT Zuzanna Light, she is amazing, did I say amazing!!!! That is an understatement!

Ok, so she is beyond brutal, so proceed with caution, but that know that you can do it!
Just imagine your face where hers is if you are female, motivates the hell out of me :happy: !
And for the males well I'll leave the imagination to you! Keep it clean gents! I warn you just because she is a girl doesn't mean that she won't kick your butt! :love:
