Hi All,
Does anyone know of any low calories fizzy drinks that DON'T have the sweeteners in that act like laxatives!!
I had my large intestine removed years ago and now have a j-pouch, so really need to stick to a low residue diet, as I'd end up spending a large part of my time never being able to get off the loo! :-(
I'm trying to lose weight. I've packed the alcohol in, so that's OK.
Decaff tea and coffee is fine but I miss my cold drinks in the evenings.......
I'm really struggling in finding any type of low calorie fizzy pop. I want to avoid the sugared ones for obvious reasons, so opt for the diet one's, which I find OK.
Only problem is that they don't like me!!
Does anyone know of any retailers in the UK that sell low calories fizzy drinks without the calories and without laxative effects?
Thanks
