Weight Loss Slow

I have been eating right, watching my calories, and the weight seems as if it's not coming off. I don't knw what is wrong. Some days i eat upto my calories and some days I don't eat all my calories.

Can someone pleae tell me what works for you and what you might be doing?

    Yep - how slow is slow?
    A healthy steady loss is from 0.5-2lbs per week.
    You may not be eating enough.
    If the scales are going in the right direction then I think you should carry on.
