Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? 45 minutes on the Elliptical

What would I have done differently? Nothing - good day!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, elliptical and not eat all my exercise calories!!!

Wow!!! Great turn out yesterday - 21 posts. Thanks for the motivation! I was happy to report YES for question 1 today :drinker:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate Salmon without salt or fat last night - Thanks DH!

    What would I have done differently? exercised!

    What is today's personal goals? Eliptical this morning for sure!

    progress - 2/7 days of exercise (goal 4 out 7 days) Gonna have to do something this morning and tomorrow too! Friday is my weigh-in 138! I feel very good about holding steady through travels and parties!:drinker:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? almost , didn't do bike

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? finished running 2 miles straight, finally did some weights

    What would I have done differently? added 20 min of stationary bike

    What is today's personal goals? keep moving around the house, doing all the chores. Hit the gym

    What would I have done differently? More water and less wine!!

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, 2 miles on treadmill or outside, drink all of my water
