Cutting out coffee, deadly, or good?

Eek, see i know it's little calories but I can't stand it black, at all. Without a little sugar it's not going to work for me, that was my concern. I hear of sugar substitutes but they always end up proving they're worse for you. and frankly don't taste as well!0

Mouse, I just started using Silk creamer. It only has 20 calories in a Tbsp, and adds enough sweetness that I don't need to add sugar. And I am a big creamer/sugar girl normally. I have seen both Hazelnut and French Vanilla flavors. This was a big deal for me, who doesn't tolerate dairy well, and who doesn't like the hydrogenated oils in Coffeemate's SF/FF versions.0

I gave up coffee on Dec 1. I switched to green tea and can drink it straight. I couldn't drink coffee straight. I've drank coffee once since then and prefer the green tea. It has a kick but not as much as the coffee.0
