just made this for dinner and it was gorgeous and just 290 calories! thought I'd share it, its from the Philadelphia website.
serves 6:
ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 300 g penne
- 180 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
- 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
- a little butter for greasing
- Heat the oven to 200 ˚C, gas mark 6. Cook the penne according to the pack instructions and drain.
- Divide the cauliflower up into small florets and cook in boiling water for 10 minutes until it’s still a little under cooked.
- In a separate pan heat the milk and whisk in the Philly. Simmer until it reaches a thicker saucy consistency. Season to taste.
- Grease the inside of an ovenproof dish with the butter and add the penne and cauliflower, distributing them both evenly around the dish.
- Pour over the sauce and bake for 20 minutes until the top is nicely browned.
