Reading the message boards and replies and I am aww struck. There is so many positive people on here. This will be great motivation for the challenge I have in front of me. My Dr. has been pushing me to look into weight loss surgery and I feel that i am able to loose the weight naturally. My fitness Pal is a great tool to help me watch what I am eating and amounts. I will add in some gym time and see hwo much weight I can loose with inspiration and motavation. Today 10/10/12 I weighed in at 280 lbs and I am 5ft 8inches. Let's get started and I wish everyone else good luck with their inidvidual goals.:happy:
