Wow, great site and Iphone App - all free too!

I have agained about 10kg over the Christmas period after losing about 25kg over the last 3 years. I was looking for an Iphone App to keep a food diary yesterday and found myfitnesspal. So far very impressed with ease of use and no cost.

Will keep you all posted on my progress.
