Just getting started on here tracking my fitness / nutrition. I am no stranger to fitness or any of this however I need to get a better grasp of what I am putting in my body on a daily basis.

I am an ex-college D1 soccer player and looking to stay in shape now that I am out in the "real world",

I love hitting the gym and also getting lost for 10 mile runs. Completed two marathons, two half-marathons, a tough mudder, and looking to find the next challenge.

Time to take control!
