Hi..My name is Jill..I have lost 26 lbs since august 1st..now that the weather is getting cold..i came inside for exercise..I am now doing Zumba three times a week..and sometimes kickboxing class..Any advise on how much and what to eat on a high intensity work out day..working hard and I thought i was eating enough of the right things and seem to be stuck..Help from new friends would be great ..Thank you Jill

    1- The problem maybe the fact the MFP grossly over estimates for calories burned.

    2- are you eating ALL of you calories back after working out or

    3- are you eating NONE of your calories back after working out.


    one of these are sure to be he culprit!!
