What is your workout routine exactly and what are you doing in regards to nutrition? What kinds of things are you eating? Maybe you should eat more. Cutting calories isn't always the right choice. It just depends on what your goals are as well! Best of luck!0

In a normal week I work out 3x 60 minutes, and I walk at least 30 minutes daily. And I try to eat different things every day, to prevent my body getting used to certain foods...0 -

Try incorporating weight training if you can. It's much better for fat loss.0
