Hoping to shift a few pounds.

Hi,
I have recently started the nhs couch to 5k programme and someone recommended this site as a good place to record exercise and keep a food diary to help monitor food intake. I could do to shift about a stone and hope that by recording what I eat this might help. Going to try to be as honest as possible but pretty sure I underestimate portion sizes. I think this is probably my main downfall, that and the love of food in general.
